POWER AND PORTABILITY
At 23.6 kg (52 lbs), the R500-115 houses Laneys R500 amplifier in portable combo format, loaded with a 15 custom-design speaker plus high frequency horn. Capable of a real 500 watts RMS power, the R500-115 delivers results that stand well-ahead of the competitors in its price bracket.

CONNECTIVITY
An array of bass player-friendly connections is straight at hand: Normal or High jack inputs can be selected depending on the output of the bass used. A balanced XLR D.I. provides direct, mic-free mixer connection when recording or performing live. An Aux input allows play-along to a backing track. A headphone socket allows secluded listening to your sounds when the need arises. An FX loop allows connection of external effects. The R500-115 is fitted withSpeakon connectors to the rear panel, giving secure and safe connectivity to your chosen extension cabinets.Paired with the new Laney R410 and/or R115 speaker cabinets, makes for the perfectextension in those larger performance needs.

OWN YOUR TONE
The R500-115 combines flexible tone-shaping with simple interface: Set between conventional Bass and Treble controls is a 10-band Graphic EQ featuring a wide range from 30Hz to 8KHz. This 10 band EQ can also be switched in remotely using a Laney FS1 or FS1-MINI footswitch (sold separately). This is also coupled with Laneys unique Enhance control that dials in increased low-end definition from a single turn, plus a selectable on-board compressor. The R500-115 lets any bass player own their tone.
